By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 3rrgame platform (accessible at https://3rrgame.ws and any associated mobile or web applications), you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 3rrgame ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account if one has been created.

3rrgame reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on the platform with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the 3rrgame platform after any modification constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the 3rrgame platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country or territory of residence.

• You must not be a person who has previously had a 3rrgame account closed for breach of these Terms.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria set out above are met. Any false declaration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities.

To access the full range of 3rrgame services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and the PKR cashier — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

• One account per player: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 3rrgame. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 3rrgame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

• Account transferability: Player accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any rights associated with it to another person.

3rrgame reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account at its sole discretion, with or without providing reasons, subject to returning any verified undisputed balance to the player.

3rrgame supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 3rrgame account in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer timings are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the platform. These limits may differ by payment method.
• 3rrgame does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own charges for which 3rrgame accepts no liability.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified account held in your own name. This requirement is in place to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• 3rrgame reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• 3rrgame reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction and per-period basis. Current limits are stated in the cashier.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any promotion-specific terms communicated at the point of offer.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms.

• Bonus expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be forfeited without compensation.

• Eligibility: 3rrgame reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

All sports bets, casino wagers, and other gaming activity conducted on the 3rrgame platform are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet confirmation: A bet or wager is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the 3rrgame system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets placed during technical failures or network outages may be voided at 3rrgame's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Stake limits apply to all bets and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• Cricket betting: All cricket bets — including PSL, international T20, Test, and ODI markets — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. 3rrgame reserves the right to suspend markets at any time and to void bets where there is evidence of match irregularities.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds and market availability. 3rrgame accepts no responsibility for delays in live data feeds that may affect in-play odds displayed to the player.
• Manifest errors: In the event of an obvious pricing error, 3rrgame reserves the right to void any bets placed at that erroneous price, irrespective of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Casino games: All casino games are powered by licensed software providers and operate using certified random number generators (RNGs). Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3rrgame platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information including false identity, age, or payment details.
• Operating more than one player account on 3rrgame, whether in your own name or under aliases.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, including to place bets, collect bonuses, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings arising from exploits must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corrupt conduct in relation to sporting events offered for betting on 3rrgame.
• Charging back or otherwise reversing a deposit transaction after using deposited funds for betting or gaming activity.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to misrepresent your location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

All content on the 3rrgame platform — including but not limited to the 3rrgame name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, software code, game assets, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3rrgame or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the platform without express written consent from 3rrgame.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code forming part of the platform.
• Use the 3rrgame name, logo, or any other brand asset for commercial purposes or in any manner that suggests association with or endorsement by 3rrgame.
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on any other website or application without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 3rrgame intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 3rrgame is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.

In summary, 3rrgame collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming, and marketing (where you have consented). Data is shared only with trusted service providers who are contractually obligated to maintain its confidentiality, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

3rrgame is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. If gambling stops being enjoyable, it may have become a problem.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts via the account dashboard. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session time limits and reality checks: Players may configure session duration alerts that remind them how long they have been playing. Reality check notifications are displayed at set intervals.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3rrgame, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 3rrgame platform.

3rrgame does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, 3rrgame's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall 3rrgame's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount you have deposited into your 3rrgame account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 3rrgame's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter in respect of which liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Either you or 3rrgame may terminate these Terms and close your player account at any time, subject to the following provisions:

• Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 3rrgame support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any verified balance not subject to outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to you via your preferred payment method.
• Closure by 3rrgame: 3rrgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or business decisions to withdraw from a particular market. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where permitted by law.
• Effect of termination: Upon termination of your account, you will no longer have access to the platform or any content therein. Clauses of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions — shall continue in full force and effect.
• Forfeiture of bonus balances: In the event of account closure for breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited without compensation.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3rrgame holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and 3rrgame, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team. The majority of issues can be resolved promptly at this stage. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under 3rrgame's gaming licence.

You agree that any formal legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction for such purposes.
